Simple chicken curry

It has been a few days that my hubby wanted to eat typical daal bhaat, aachar and masu. Normally we don’t eat rice at home so yesterday I decided to make him the Nepali meal. So I cooked this simple chicken recipe.

  6. The chicken curry looks yummy :). Can u share ur dinner ideas for lunch/dinner that excludes rice? We want are running out of ideas for “no rice” dinner 😦

    1. Normally we make a list for a week on weekend so we go shopping according to the list. Our dinner normal will be piece of roast chicken/ lamb or grilled fish with salad or roast veggies. I do pasta bake sometimes or nachos/tacos some days. If we feel like eating Nepali I will make dal , vegi, meat and have roti instead of rice. We also make chowmein or momo from time to time. Try different veggis and dal/beans every week so you don’t get bored. Other things I cook, I have put them on the recipe section on this blog. Normally, we cook easy food during weekdays and more time consuming on weekend. Hope it helped 🙂

  9. Yum! Thanks M I’m gonna try this I love Nepali food 🙂 it makes me happy all the different spices and the taste it’s amazing. I feel spoiled when A. cooks for me like today 😀 But it will be nicer to cook for myself and spoil him as well!
