Caraway seed – Jeera
Celery seed – closest one we have is ajwain
Lemongrass – lemongrass
Marjoram – Kuthara
Poppy seed- Khus Khus
Rosemary – rosemary
Sichuan – Sichuan
Star anise – tara anise
Thyme- Jwano
