i really want this recipe for this tihar.

I will try to upload the recipe for yellow nimki but I don’t know how to make fini, sorry.
Hi there,
I was just wondering how I can adapt the chilli chicken recipe to make chilli beef? Do I just add beef and not deep fry it in oil like the chicken?
I order chilli beef at my local Tibetan/Nepalese restaurant and love it!!
As far as I know when they do buffolo chilli in Nepal, they boil the meat first as the meat is bit tough so you can use the same technique. Boil the meat and slice it afterwards before putting in the mix.

Dear M
Congratulations on an informative and interesting site.I have just started my own site with an objective of helping people better understand and appreciate different cultures through food. To help achieve this, my site provides information about recipe blogs (yours is included http://www.allaboutcuisines.com/recipe-sites/nepal ), where to buy ingredients, cookbooks and places to eat.
I need help from people from different cultures, in particular, where they shop (for hard to get ingredients), where they eat and cookbook recommendations etc. I would like to help small business owners who have opened retail shops to serve their local community.
If you can help in any way it would be appreciated. Perhaps you could forward this email to other people in your community, make some recommendations on my site or add my link to your blog.
My site does not sell or get income.
Thanks and Best Regards
Paul
