We had lunch there recently, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, I loved the beautiful Newari-inspired décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a little piece of home right here in Sydney.
The food was absolutely delicious! 😍 The momos were spot on, and the Newari Khaja Set was packed with authentic flavours that brought back so many memories. There’s something really special about sharing traditional food that connects you to your culture, heritage, and childhood.
What I loved most was how Newa Chen has created more than just a restaurant. It celebrates Newari culture through both its food and atmosphere, making the whole experience feel genuine and memorable.
If you’re looking for authentic Newari food or simply want to explore the rich flavours of Nepal, I highly recommend giving it a try. We’ll definitely be back! 🥰❤️
