Some people love being in front of the camera, sharing every moment, every thought, every little detail of life online. And then there’s him.
He’s the quiet one when the phone comes out. The one who turns slightly away when I say “smile”. The one who prefers living the moment instead of posting it. Social media is not really his thing, and honestly, that’s something I’ve come to love about him even more.
But here’s the thing… even if he’s shy of the spotlight, he’s still a huge part of my world. And my world naturally finds its way into my stories.
So yes, he might not appear in every photo, he might not write captions or share updates, but he’s there in the little things:
the quiet support behind the scenes
the steady presence in everyday chaos
the laugh I catch when he thinks no one is watching
the calm in my loud world
And maybe that’s the beauty of it. Not everyone needs to be visible to be important. Not everyone needs a profile to be part of the story.
I don’t force him to post, and I don’t try to change him. Instead, I just gently include him in my moments, in a way that feels natural, respectful, and real.
Because love doesn’t always need to be uploaded.
But sometimes… it still deserves to be shared.
And if one day he looks back at these little snippets online, I hope he smiles and thinks, “Ah, I was there all along.”
